France
Charles de Gaule may have been right with his famous comment about the 246 types of French cheese, but through careful selection, Flavors of Europe brings the regional highlights to our retail partners.

Spain

From the famous Manchego to the Valdeon shown here, our Spanish sources get the products to us with the speed necessary to preserve the peak of flavor.

England
90% of the cheese consumed in England is cheddar and we carry a wide assortment of the country's best, along with some other top cheese such as a good Stilton.

Germany
We carry several of the most popular cheeses in Germany such as Limburger and Cambozola.

Denmark

Blues, Tilsit and Harvarti are some of our favorites from Denmark.

Greece
Some of the most flavorful feta's come from Greece, along with the traditional grating cheese Myzithra.

Italian
After multiple trips to Italy, we have chosen a few of our favorites.  Reggiano, Asiago, Mascarpone and several other classics.

Switzerland

Some have said that the best Gruyere is from the French Alps.  They are wrong.  We carry the best cheeses of Switzerland.

Portugal

One of our favorites is the Serra da Estrela, made for hundreds of years.  Other Portuguese cheeses are available as well.

Scandinavia

Enjoy the mild taste of an Edam or Gouda?  Our collection may be smaller than the famous Alkmaar cheese market, but you will find plenty of selection.

Belgium

Absolutely some of the best cheeses to pair with beer, we carry a full line of Belgium cheeses.

Canada

It's not exactly Europe, but they make some great aged cheddars in Canada.

Irish

Irish porters and aged cheddars are the specialties from this section of the British Isles.

USA
There are some top producers in the US that rival their counterparts in Europe.  We have selected a few to represent but you will not find American cheese on the list.

Texas

It wouldn't been right to miss on carrying local cheeses.  Texas is an emerging market for cheese making, but there are a couple of quality producers here in our home state.

Never commit yourself to a cheese without first examining it.
